Next, determine how you will distribute these papers to home owners. The normal method is to hand-drop these to the home owner's mail boxes. You can either do this yourself or hire people to do this for you.

Now work out your total costs ie. printing, distribution and other costs. Add a markup, which will be your profit, to the total cost figure. Then work out the price you will charge advertisers for space.

Once you have your prices, make contact with these businesses and ask them to advertise with you. You can sell space yourself or hire somebody who is good at selling to do it for you.
